2. Account Requirements

You must provide accurate account information
You are responsible for keeping your login secure
We may disable accounts involved in spam, abuse, or violations
One account per user unless permission is given

3. Uploading Texture Packs

When you upload a texture pack, you confirm that:

You own the rights or have permission to share it
No stolen, re-uploaded, or copyrighted content is allowed
No viruses, malware, or harmful files
Packs may be removed if they violate rules or laws

We have the right to remove or reject uploads at any time if necessary for user safety or legal protection.

4. Content Ownership

You own the texture packs you upload. By uploading, you grant OGTexture a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content through our website, CDN, and download pages.

You may request the removal of your packs at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Upload stolen textures or copyrighted content
Impersonate other users or staff
Attempt to hack, exploit, or damage the website
Use scripts or bots to auto-download or spam
Distribute harmful files or illegal content

6. Download Rules

Packs downloaded from OGTexture are for personal use only unless the creator states otherwise. Redistribution, selling, or re-uploading other people's packs without permission is not allowed.

7. Service Modifications

We may update, modify, restrict, or temporarily disable features without notice. We are not responsible for data loss caused by outages or third-party providers.

8. Termination

We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules. Users may also request deletion of their account and packs at any time.

9. Liability Disclaimer

OGTexture is provided “as-is”. We are not responsible for:

Data loss from hosting providers
Damages caused by downloaded packs
Uptime or performance guarantees
External or embedded content
